You know them; you’ve worked with them. The moment a type 7 walks into the room the energy is felt; their pace, their ideas, their positive reframes. Sevens can take any challenge and spin it into an opportunity. They can consume lots of information and play it back to you in a headline. Most of all, they can plan and ideate all day long, which in and of itself can be energizing. Until it’s time to focus. The ‘must haves’ and ‘need to-dos,’ like a legal review or building out the timeline, that's when a Seven would rather escape than feel confined by what (to them) feels boring.
