The Work of You helps you deeply understand yourself so you can start living + leading authentically.

With insights from coaching, the Enneagram, and her own personal inner overhaul, Jen brings honesty, humor, and sharp emotional clarity to the table.

Jen began coaching on her own in 2012 when she launched ostrich coaching + consulting focused on developing leaders in creative industries after 14 years of her own leadership experience in advertising. In 2016, she co-created and launched the Shift Positive method, a revolutionary approach to feedback grounded in Positive Psychology + Allyship making it highly effective. She co-authored the book, Feedback Reimagined to help organizations change the feedback experience for all generations in the workplace. Jen has experience working with large and small organizations and enjoys coaching leaders who are up and coming Directors / VPs to C Suite Executives. Her only pre-requisite is leaders who are willing and ready to tackle their inner work.

Since 2017 she's been an active certified practitioner and huge believer in the Enneagram having witnessed profound awareness among hundreds of leaders and teams in addition to herself. In 2021, Jen was named one of the Top 20 Coaches in Austin, TX by Influence Digest. Her coach training began at the prestigious Hudson Institute in 2011 and today Jen is a PCC level coach through the ICF surpassing thousands of coaching hours. Additionally, she is a graduate of the School of Communications at the Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Advertising/PR and a Minor in Business. In her free time, she can be found eating her way through Austin with her outrageously handsome Vizsla/Lab mix, Koko.
